If you have any questions regarding what surgeries we offer, please call and speak to a member of our surgical team.

While your pet is under anesthesia, we also recommend we microchip your pet if they haven't been chipped previously, to help minimize discomfort and to increase your chances of reuniting with your pet in the case they become separated from you.

We also offer some orthopedic surgies and repairs in select circumstances. Contact us to learn more.

What To Expect with Surgery

The first thing we always recommend is for your pet to have preoperative blood work taken to verify they are in good shape for anesthesia. If your pet is over 8 years old, this blood work is mandatory unless they’ve had a blood screening panel in the past 6 months.

You drop your pet off at the time discussed with your veterinarian, we make sure they are extra comfy, and start the procedure. From dropoff to pickup, we monitor your pet’s progress throughout the surgery.

When they wake up and are ready to go, we give you a call to pick up! When you arrive, we go over any additional questions you have, and can verify home care instructions so everyone is on the same page.

Please do not hesitate to call us with questions or concerns regarding your pet.
